【摘要】:1ThispartofIEC61508containsanoverviewofvarioussafetytechniquesandmeasuresrelevanttoIEC61508-2andIEC61508-3.NOTEThereferencesshouldbeconsideredasbasicreferencestomethodsandtoolsorasexamples,andmaynotrepresentthestateoftheart.2IEC61508-1,IEC61508-2,IEC61508-3andIEC61508-4arebasicsafetypublications,althoughthisstatusdoesnotapplyinthecontextoflow-complexityE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems(see3.4.4ofIEC61508-4).Asbasicsafetypublications,theyareintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprinciplescontainedinIECGuide104andISO/IECGuide51.IEC61508isalsointendedforuseasastand-alonestandard.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitsownpublications.Inthiscontext,therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedinthepublicationspreparedbythosetechnicalcommittees.NOTE1ThefunctionalsafetyofanE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystemcanonlybeachievedwhenallrelatedrequirementsaremet.Thereforeitisimportantthatallrelatedrequirementsarecarefullyconsideredandadequatelyreferenced.NOTE2IntheUSAandCanada,untiltheproposedprocesssectorimplementationofIEC61508(i.e.IEC61511)ispublishedasaninternationalstandardintheUSAandCanada,existingnationalprocesssafetystandardsbasedonIEC61508(i.e.ANSI/ISAS84.01-1996)canbeappliedtotheprocesssectorinsteadofIEC61508.3Figure1showstheoverallframeworkforparts1to7ofthisstandardandindicatestherolethatIEC61508-7playsintheachievementoffunctionalsafetyforE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems.
