【摘要】:1Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsforcontinuouslyhot-dipcoatedproductsmadeoflowcarbonsteelsforcoldformingcoatedwithzinc(Z),zinc-ironalloy(ZF),zinc-aluminiumalloy(ZA),aluminium-zincalloy(AZ)andaluminium-siliconalloy(AS)(seeTable1)withthicknessesof0,35mmto3,0mmunlessotherwiseagreed(see1.2).Thethicknessisthefinalthicknessofthedeliveredproductaftercoating.Thisdocumentappliestostripofallwidthsandtosheetscutfromit(≥600mmwidth)andcutlengths(<600mmwidth).2Ifagreedatthetimeofenquiryandorder,thisdocumentmayalsobeappliedtocontinuouslyhot-dipcoatedflatproductsinthicknesses>3,0mm.Inthiscasethemechanicalproperty,adhesionofcoatingandsurfaceconditionrequirementsshallalsobeagreedatthetimeofenquiryandorder.3Theproductscoveredbythisdocumentaremainlyusedwherecoldformabilityandcorrosionresistancearethemostimportantfactors.Corrosionresistanceofthealloyisproportionaltothecoatingthickness,hencetoitsmass(seealso7.3.2).4Thisdocumentisnotapplicableto:·continuouslyhot-dipcoatedstructuralsteelflatproducts(seeEN10326);·electrolyticallyzinccoatedcoldrolledsteelflatproducts(seeEN10152);·continuouslyorganiccoated(coilcoated)steelflatproducts(seeEN10169-1,ENV10169-2andEN10169-3);·continuouslyhot-dipcoatedstripandsheetofsteelswithhigheryieldstrengthforcoldforming(seeEN10292).
